Could somebody check on the Beagle Man for me? I think he’s losing it. I understand his going to Norwalk
to meet a German Shepherd, and to Greenwich to meet a Husky — and even to New Paltz to meet a Norwegian Buhund. But now he drives to Fairfield to meet a Beagle? Eleven years with me, and he doesn’t know what beagles are like??? Go figure. Meanwhile, things are real good with me up here . . .
The Roof Rack Report (#roofrackreport on Twitter, for those who follow me already on @BeagleManHank) appears on Mondays, usually. Actually, whenever Beagle Man decides to give me some space . .
Hey Ricky, Great to hear from you. I tell you I would be glad to check in on BM, but I am not sure I would recognize him without you at his side. Although the other day I saw this guy on Beachside Ave. talking with a couple with what looked like a Cockerdodle…..actually “talking with” is probably a bit euphemistic….it was more like stalking. They seemed to be trying to get away, while this guy kept pushing his bike and walking fast jabbering away. Kinda fits BM’s MO.
Look at Dante’s face…she heard about your road trips and is looking for an exit sign.
Janet: You are so right! DTB hates car rides, but will tolerate a very short one.
